The MTN CASH SMASH Promo is an sms quiz promo, where MTN customers can participate by sending an SMS to selected shortcodes and they stand a chance to win fantastic prizes. The MTN CASH SMASH Promo will run for 100 days, starting from the 7th of November 2013 until 14th of February 2014 inclusive.
Customers can subscribe/opt in by sending an SMS with the keyword YES to 7070 and get 20 points daily, the sms costs N100 and this value would be deducted from your airtime on a daily basis. These customers qualify to win the daily N2 Million Cash prize. They also qualify to win one of the 10 houses (one house every 10 days) that are available to be won by customers.
The more points you earn, the greater your chances to win! You can also increase your points, by participating in the Trivia Game, when you answer correctly any of the questions in the Silver club on 8080 - customers earn 500 extra points and sms costs N10. To participate in the Platinum club on 9090 - customers earn 5,000 extra points and sms costs N100. Every correct answers qualifies you for the points allocated to the shortcodes, however a wrong or invalid answer in the silver club, customers will earn the customer 20 points, while in the Platinum  club a wrong or invalid answer would earn 200 points.
Every day, 10 customers with the highest points would win N20, 000 cash each (maximum of 5 wins per subscriber during the duration of the promo).
